La Tercia Golf Resort is situtated in the Region of Murcia on the South Eastern Coast of Spain (Costa Calida). Just 15 minutes drive from San Javier Airport (MJV), the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea, this rental apartment makes a great base for a family holiday or golf break.
The resort has been designed so that most properties have fantastic views across the golf course and valley to the mountains beyond and includes a stunning 9 hole golf course and innovative aqua driving range; with plans to increase it to 18 holes in the near future.
The development also includes some fantastic facilites: Casa Club, driving range, tennis courts, bowling green, volleyball and 5 a side football pitches and numerous communal swimming pools and children's play areas.
